KITCHEN

1. Supply labour and materials to construct 50mm kitchen cabinet base finished with side tiles (Up to L20ft).
2. Supply labour and materials to construct 50mm fridge base finished with tiles.
3. Supply labour and materials to construct 50mm washing machine base finished with tiles.
4. Design, fabricate and install 20ft top and bottom kitchen cabinet finished with selected laminates (1 colour) (< $50) inclusive:
   • double layer stainless steel dish rack
   • 1no frosted glass panel with aluminium frame
   • kitchen cabinet internal white PVC carcass finish
   • normal hinges
   • 3 sets of drawer tracks
5. Supply labour and materials to install L 10ft solid surface kitchen top.
6. Supply labour and tools to install cooker hob and hood.
7. Supply labour to install kitchen sink and sink tap.
8. Supply labour and materials to connect kitchen sink inlet/outlet.

BATHROOMS

1. Supply labour and materials to construct 50mm shower kerb finished with similar HDB tiles for master bathroom and common bathroom.
2. Supply labour to install:
   • 7pcs accessories
   • Jet spray
   • instant heater or 1no. heater tank

LIVING

1. Supply labour and materials to construct L-box with cove light pelmet at living area.
2. Supply labour and materials to construct false ceiling at dining and walk-way area.

MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

1. Supply labour and materials to paint whole house using Nippon Paint vinilex 5000 series (Choice of 5 colours, ceiling – White).
2. Supply labour and materials to chemical wash upon completion.
3. Provide corrugated paper for floor protection during course of work.
4. Haulage and debris removal.
